When paying with a personal check, the delivery address must be preprinted on the check and must be from a local bank. Please make checks payable to RSIP. We accept checks from qualified customers only. Qualified customers must have 3 or more deliveries to the same address. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks from our hotel and dormitory customers. ($25 returned check fee)

Please have your cash, check or credit card payment ready for our mobile waiter.

Sorry, we cannot accept out of town checks.

Driver Gratuities:
Our mobile waiters work for tips much the same as restaurant wait staff - please consider their efforts. A 10-20% gratuity is customary. You may include a driver gratuity on your check or credit card.
A minimum 10% gratuity will be added to orders over $70.

You may see two of the same restaurant in your zone. This is because they have slight differences in their menus. Feel free to browse both menus and order from the one that meets your needs!

Order By Phone:

Select a restaurant and choose the items you wish to order.

Minimum food order: Lunch - $30 (after 12:30pm - $10), Dinner - $10.

Call RSIP at 941-3463(Honolulu/Pearl City) or 261-3463(Kailua). Start by giving our Customer Service Representative your phone number so they may assist you in placing your order. (Please order by using the item number to the left of the desired menu items)

Please allow about an hour for delivery. Weather, traffic conditions, driving distance as well as ordering during peak hours may require us to ask for additional time.

For our customers who are planning events or who have delivery time constraints we will gladly process your order a day or more in advance to reserve your restaurant preparation time slot.
